Deliverable [1]
This Document is our project proposal (deliverable 1) document. The document contains our client information, a description of the system our client wants us to develop, a preliminary investigation into the system as well as any problems we might encounter, a requirement analysis, a presentation to our client on the proposed system and all documentation concerning this deliverable.
Deliverable [2]
This Document is our Functional Specifications (Deliverable 2) document. The document contains more in-depth information on our system Artech Systems. The document includes Use Case Diagrams, Context Diagrams, Use Case Narratives, High to Low-level Data Flow Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, detailed Validation table as well as detailed descriptions of our interfaces involving input & output as well as report documentation for each use case.
Deliverable [3]
This Document is our System Prototype document (Deliverable 03) where we set out and show static versions of each screen to show our design process and the natural flow of our screens.
Deliverable [4]
This Document is our Technical Specifications document (Deliverable 04). This document will describe an in-depth technical dive into how our system will function technically in terms of software by defining technical narratives and diagrams, system input& output design as well as many more specifications in hardware and software terms. This document will give an overview on the technology used and the reporting outcomes to satisfy the requirements.

This Deliverable includes the actual coding of our system and does not have any documentation attached.
Deliverable [6]
This Deliverable includes a CRUD Matrix, validation tables and a conversion plan for the system. Lastly, it contains a report on group related issues during our project creation

This Deliverable includes the actual coding of our system and does not have any documentation attached.
Deliverable [9]
This Deliverable includes our Chnge request form for requesting changes or updates to the system. It also includes our User & Training manuals for setup and in-depth use of the system.
